Restoring Hope
The route to happiness lies in hope, the very thing that is lost when in a place of despair. The purpose of counselling is to confront this despair by seeking to restore hope.
With hope you are able to see things differently, imagine a better future and create the conditions to make it happen.
The increasing self-awareness you gain from counselling will help you to make better decisions about how to live your life.
Learn MoreA Positive Experience
Counselling is meant to be a positive experience, but your counsellor recognises that it can also be challenging.
Exploring painful past experiences can be difficult, but the outcome can be very rewarding.
So your counsellor will work with you at your own pace and will not push you to talk about anything until you are ready.
